Ben Seager (Deputy General Manager at The Milestone Hotel & Residences in London), Stefan Otto (Food & Beverage Manager for several Red Carnation Hotels), and Christo Pretorius (Executive Chef at The Twelve Apostles in Cape Town), travelled to Xigera to share their knowledge with the team here.
Between them, they have almost 50 years of experience with Red Carnation Hotels. Ben, Stefan and Christo arrived at Xigera with the intention of teaching our wonderful team the skills that they have learned at many of our sister hotels, but left having learned so much more about themselves...
